The 8th Game (Oceanis)-(February 2019).
There is color and shadow and light. I think that sometimes they speak to be understood, and sometimes they sing, to be felt. I always took pictures. I recall, I learned to swim, then to cycle, then to take pictures. Sometimes we cycle to get from point A to point B. Sometimes we swim to reach across. Usually we cycle and we swim, simply because it’s delightful to balance and to float. Sometimes I take pictures to get myself from point A to point B, or in order to reach across to other people. Mainly I take pictures as I steer my existence – balancing through shadows, floating among light and colors.

Achilles Nasios is a photographer, video-artist and an art teacher. He was born in Greece, studied in Prague, Berlin, Athens and Stockholm. Worked as a lecturer of photography at the Greek University. He lives and works in Sweden.
